OUR PROCESS

We begin by identifying the best location on your property to place your home, taking into account access, drainage, views, and future use.

Once the site is identified, we determine how much select fill is required and then set the form boards to prepare for the foundation.

After site preparation, the plumbing rough is laid out and installed in preparation for the slab.

Next, we excavate the beams, install the rebar, and lay a 6-mil moisture barrier to prepare for the concrete pour.

Pour day is an exciting milestone. Once the slab is poured, you’re typically about six months away from moving into your new home.

Once the concrete has cured, we frame the steel structure using I-beams and C-purlins to form the backbone of your home.

The second part of the framing process involves wood framing, with exterior walls upgraded to 2×6 studs for added strength and durability.

A durable 26-gauge R-Panel with baked-on enamel paint is installed, complete with all trim, gutters, and downspouts for a finished exterior.

After the home is dried in, we complete the electrical rough-in, HVAC rough-in, and plumbing top-out.

After the mechanical systems are installed, we apply spray foam insulation. Open-cell foam is sprayed into the exterior wall cavities and under the roof sheets to provide an energy-efficient building envelope.

The next phase includes installing Sheetrock and completing the tape, bed, and texture process.

The next phase is cabinet installation. Our real wood cabinets go in, and this is when your home really starts to come together.

Then comes paint. This is the stage where your home’s personality truly starts to come to life.

After paint is complete, we install the master shower tile, kitchen backsplash, and countertops—bringing the spaces together with finished details.

LVP flooring and decorative lighting are installed as we approach the final stages of completing your home.
